"Super relaxing, beautiful Villa Fosa"

Staying at this villa you certainly won’t be disappointed! From the moment we arrived till the time we left we couldn’t have asked for more. The villa is so well equipped. Think of something and you’ll find it in a cupboard. The kitchen has everything! It even had a salad spinner! As for the outside area - it’s stunning, extremely comfortable sunbeds, fab outdoor areas for sundowners and a great bbq. It’s a very easy 15 minute downhill walk into town although there are some great restaurants nearby and it’s an easy walk to some beautiful beach clubs. We always took a taxi home as some of the hills are a little steep but that’s Kalkan in general and the taxis are plentiful and cheap. Our favourite restaurants were Ara and Chameleon but every restaurant we ate at was super. Thank you Teak and Rachel for sharing your beautiful home. We only wish dates were available for when we want to travel next year as we would rebook in a heartbeat. Communication was always quick and helpful. We will definitely return. The Sharps x

We’ve been going to Kalkan for over 15 years - we love it - staying in apartments with shared pools. For my 60th and retirement we decided to treat ourselves to a villa and private pool. And boy did we find an absolute gem! Villa Fosa is clearly a much loved home with everything that you need for a perfect holiday. Stunning pool and outside area with beautiful views. The comfiest beds and fab bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking pans and dishes. Good WiFi. Super location too - a 20 minute amble to the Old Town. Supermarkets and restaurants a short stroll away. The management team led by Sharon are fab and Teak - the lucky owner of this gorgeous villa - a delight to deal with. Would we stay here again - yes, in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a spacious and comfortable villa with a fabulous pool and great location then look no further - get Villa Fosa booked!

"Superb Villa"

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Fosa. The Villa is even better than it looks on the photos. Superbly located within easy reach of town. It’s 20 mins walk downhill and £2 return in a taxi. Lots of decent restaurants within 2 mins walk. Everything you ever need is in the Villa. Had a superb holiday and would not hesitate to return. Would highly recommended. Communication throughout booking process was excellent with responses to any questions we had were very prompt.

"Excellent villa in a superb location"

Just returned from a fabulous fortnight at Villa Fosa. What a place! This villa is beautifully designed, has presence and charm and is well-equipped. Located just off the Kalamar Road, very close to the Kalamar restaurants, beach club and diving centre and just a 10 mins downhill stroll into the main town. Also handy for some of the best local spas (Arcadia and Elixir offer excellent hamam and massage). Its in a peaceful area and boasts lovely views of both bays, especially from the drinks terrace and the sun terraces outside each bedroom. Lots of outside space, placed to catch the sun beautifully whilst also providing that well-needed shade! The pool really is as good as it looks on the photos and the pool guy, who visits daily, does an excellent job of keeping it in tip top condition. The local villa management company do an excellent job and are instantly to hand should you raise an imperfection. The owners (Teak and Rachel) are also immediately available by email, responsive and really keen that you should enjoy their piece of paradise. This is the 4th Villa we have rented in Kalkan and we've experienced some immaculately kept treasures which we wouldn't wish to compare .... we do though think that this one ranks best so far for sheer design and location and outside areas. Kalkan is such a stunningly beautiful, peaceful and friendly corner of the earth, which we are always sad to leave .... this is a fabulous property to experience it from.

"Fantastic villa"

We stayed in teak and rachels villa, a party of 4 adults. What an amazing villa. Perfect location, close to can can supermarket who will deliver your shopping for you. And lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our favourite was porcini,s. The villa itself has lots of outside space around the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and lots of umbrellas for shade. The pool gets the sun all day so is warm enough for a swim. Inside the villa it is immaculately clean with everything you could wish for. Very comfortable beds, lots of storage space for all your clothes. Even the ones you take that you never wear lol. Highly recommend staying there. We have already booked for next year for 2 weeks. Thank you teak and rachel for letting us share your piece of paradise in kalkan.

"Heaven!"

We have just spent an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Fosa and can't fault a single thing! The villa is perfectly set out and spotless, the space throughout is generous and the outdoor space/pool area is fantastic. The views from the roof terrace did not disappoint, you see both Kalamar and Kalkan bay, simply stunning! The location is spot on with great bars and restaurant on your door step though the old town is just a 10 minute walk away or a very cheap taxi ride. The local shop, can can, offers free delivery to villa which was a lovely extra. Dali who looks after the pool area is always on hand should you need information on trips and will happily make the arrangements for you. Teak who owns the villa is very responsive and gave us lots of info prior to our arrival. Would we come back to Villa Fosa ..... in a heart beat, just perfect.😍🌞🍹
